Are there minimums?

Yes, there are minimums. For custom orders, there is a minimum order total of $100 required (before shipping costs). Drink stirrers, drink hangs, place cards, and menus (without a stand), require a minimum order quantity of 10, while table numbers require a minimum order quantity of 5. Items such as tabletop menus with stands, welcome signage, backdrop signage, etc. do not have a quantity minimum.

Can I see a design proof before I order?

Designs are not provided until a design deposit has been paid. 

How does the process work?

In order to start the design process, a $50 design deposit is required. The deposit is deducted from your final invoice total. 

Once that is paid we can work on potential font combinations to use for the pieces, along with acrylic color combinations, before then working on potential concepts & designs for review and approval. When the designs have been finalized, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance. Pricing will be included with the designs - so there will be full transparency as we move along the design process in terms of how much each item is.
