My package says delivered but it's not at my door!

Oh no! It’s never fun when someone’s package goes missing. Please contact our delivery partner, USPS to receive assistance from your local post office. You can also send us a message at allie@kulgra.com, but please note that the only thing we can see is what you see on the USPS tracking website.

What should I do if my item was damaged in transit?

We’re sorry to hear that your item was damaged in transit. We always take the utmost care in pre-shipment inspections and packaging your items. Please email us at allie@kulgra.com so we can rectify this issue.

RETURNS

What's your return policy?

All eligible returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 7 day timeframe, please reach out to allie@kulgra.com.

Your order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

We have a strict no returns policy with any Custom Products including but not limited to Place Cards, Acrylic Cards, Wedding Stationery, Drink Stirrers, Cake Toppers, and Signage. We will not accept the return of items which are deemed to be ‘’change of mind’’.

In the event you have received the wrong order, or there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at allie@kulgra.com within 24 hours of receipt of the items.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at allie@kulgra.com and we’ll be sure to get you the item you ordered as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

How can I cancel an order?

Please email allie@kulgra.com with your order number in the subject line to cancel your order.

Orders that are not customized can be cancelled before the order is marked as ‘Shipped’.

Orders for Custom Products including but not limited to Place Cards, Acrylic Cards, Wedding Stationery, Drink Stirrers, Cake Toppers, and Signage can be cancelled before the order is in production, or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever is first.
